Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client designs, technical specifications, and business information under NDA agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:

- Consequential damages
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
Maximum liability limited to the value of the specific order
6. Termination
These terms may be terminated under the following conditions:

You may terminate your account at any time

We may terminate access for violations of these terms
Effects of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
